Hallie Jackson. Jackson is an American journalist and political analyst. Hallie is currently the main NBC News reporter covering the White House and an anchor on a few news shows that are broadcast on NBC cable. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania, US, she obtained a bachelor's in political science at John Hopkins University. In the beginning, she worked in a few towns in Maryland, Delaware, and Connecticut, for the TV stations 'WBOC' and WFSB' (affiliates of 'CBS'), Jackson joined 'Hearst Corporation' in 2014 and was a reporter for every one of their 26 stations in the US from Washington, DC. In 2014, she transferred to NBC News in 2014 after which she worked for a full year in NBC Los Angeles. Her reputation was established as the political reporter for her exceptional coverage of the Presidential election of 2016 and various elections campaigns. Her reputation is that of a hard-working and versatile reporter. Her most notable assignments have included coverage of the presidential campaign of Senator Ted Cruz and exclusive interviews with key 'GOP' politicians.
